The service is automatically activated for individuals and companies with the below details:

• This service is available for individual accounts for all debit and credit transactions.
• This service is available for company accounts to serve debit transactions. As for credit transactions or copies of cheques, the customer should visit the branch to activate them.
• The customer immediately receives the credit card’s PIN by SMS upon activating the card.
• In case of forgetting the credit card’s PIN code, an SMS is sent to +962-79-7000-483 and will be replied to with the card’s PIN code.
